I checked my phone model in the software, and I have a "Moto G Stylus (2022)". I don't know if it is a 5k model or not. The 3.5mm audio port doesn't line up, and the volume controls on the case press into the actual controls on the phone to raise the volume automatically as high as it will go. I had to take a sharp knife and cut out those parts. I would not buy this model again, although it has a good grip to it and probably protects against drops very well.
